Rocky Sharma is an education and mental health professional with a proven track record of guiding students toward academic clarity, personal growth, and career success.

With over four years of experience as a School Counsellor in a CBSE-affiliated Central School, Rocky worked extensively with students, teachers, and parents to address challenges related to academics, career choices, and emotional wellbeing. His expertise in counselling and psychometric testing has empowered students to overcome confusion and move towards fulfilling educational paths.

In 2023, he founded Prime Psychological Services, a registered MSME organization under the Government of India, with the vision of providing scientific career guidance, psychometric assessments, and psychological support services. Within its first year, the organization partnered with multiple schools and successfully counselled thousands of students across India, helping them discover their true potential and choose the right career directions.
